Acceptance
By using Suka ai you agree to these terms in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, please stop using the site.
Eligibility
The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. By continuing you confirm that you meet that requirement and that local law permits your use of it.
Nature of the service
Suka ai provides written companion characters for conversation, shared storytelling and daily company. Every character is fictional.
No real persons
Names, portraits, histories and opinions presented by characters are invented. Any resemblance to a living person is coincidental and unintended.
Not professional advice
Nothing said by a companion is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. In an emergency contact the appropriate local service.
Account information
If you supply a display name or email address, you agree that it is accurate and that you will keep access to it secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Suka ai to harass others, to attempt unlawful activity, to solicit content involving minors, or to produce material that is explicit, hateful or violent.
Automated access
Scraping, bulk extraction, automated request flooding and attempts to bypass access controls are not permitted.
Character behaviour
Characters are written to refuse requests that fall outside the tasteful, non-explicit standard of the site. Persistent attempts to force such content may end your access.
Your content
You retain the rights to the text you write. You grant Suka ai a limited licence to store and process it so conversations can continue and the service can be operated.
Our content
Character profiles, portraits, copy, layout and code are owned by Suka ai or its licensors and may not be republished without written permission.
Feedback
Suggestions you send may be used to improve the service without obligation or payment, and without any claim of confidentiality.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and planned or unplanned interruptions may occur.
Modifications
We may add, alter or withdraw parts of the service, including individual characters, where doing so is reasonable.
Third-party services
The site relies on hosting, email and analytics providers. Their outages may affect availability, and their own terms apply to their services.

To the extent permitted by law, Suka ai is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data arising from use of the service.

You agree to cover reasonable costs arising from claims caused by your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

If a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
Assignment
We may transfer these terms as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business. Your rights under them are unaffected.
